Features
 
• The plug can be used for pre and post glass installations
 
• The plug and the cap will be assembled together before shipping. The cap is to stop resin from entering
 
the plug cavity, making it possible for pre glass and post glass applications.
 
• The body of the plug features undercuts which allow resin fl ow through and provide a mechanical lock into
 
the board
 
• 304 Stainless steel pin used to secure the leash cord
 
• All ropes from thick to thin will slide under the cross bar easily
 
• Small notches out of the front and rear allow the plug to be lined up with the stringer of the board.
 
• Installation can be carried out in the following methods:
 
− FCS hole saw and borer bit to the required depth.
 
Note that the sleeve on the hole saw would have to be adjusted to accommodate this depth
 
− Use existing leash installation tools that the
 
customer already has. These usually consist of templates and router/laminate trimmer setups.
 
• Testing: 1000 plugs tested globally confi rmed strength and reliability
