The new addition of the nose to tail double concave has only extended the speed of the board without losing an ounce of the flow, freedom and range of use which this board has always had. In fact, after many years of using the deep double concave out through the tail of the Afterburner, it was this very feature which led me to the deep double.
I‘ve slightly increased nose and centre width, so that the new Afterburner is a touch more fish-like, making it about halfway between a short board and a true fish.""
